Create a beautiful subsurface scattering effect for your characters.
These shaders give you access to advanced settings to create endless skin tone results.
Designed to simulate skin translucency, these shaders can also be used for any translucence materials like organic surfaces, cloth simulation, fruits, plants, candles and so on.
HDRP version will be avaliable in an other package.
The file includes Built-in and URP shaders. The Skin Shaders v2020.x package is only compatible with Unity 2019.4.0 or higher.
The package is set up by default for the Built-In Render Pipeline. Please follow the URP setup in the documentation for Universal Render Pipeline projects.
The package comes with a demo scene showing a different result from the same main textures and using 1k and 2k textures in .png format.
Documentation included.
The old version for Unity 2018.x (Built-in Only) is also included. These shaders can either be used with Unity 2019.x and 2020.x. (cf readme)
