This shader is a ready to use tron style material totally customizable. It’s a optimized mobile friendly shader thought for designer, artists and devs that want a simple but powerful material without have to handle with coding.
In the package there is an example scene with some environment assets (planes and cubes) to help you understand how does it works. It’s pretty simple and you can find a documentation where every parameter is described.

Base Color
You can set set a color for the base mesh of you GameObject
Outline
These components allow you to set the outline glow. You can set the color, the widht, and the sharpness of this effect
Grid
These components allow you to set how many subdivision your gameObject has as a vertical and horizontal lines and change it's glow effect
Pulsing effect
This components allows you to set a pulse effect interpolating the _Time method. You can set the frequency in play mode

This shader supports all Unity Rendering Pipelines. So unity default rendering pipeline, the URP and the LWRP.

The minimum supported unity version for this package is 2017.4.4
Mobile
You don't have minimum mobile hardware requirements with this shader. It's very light.
Lighting
The shader doesn’t react to external light, like point light or spot light because It’s optimized to work with mobile. This shader lights the scene
