I am glad to present a mini-game project in which you need to kill a certain number of toucans, while at the same time you need to dodge missiles that toucans tirelessly throw at the player.
FEATURES
→ Toucans pursue the player, shoot missiles.
After launching the missile, they fly away, but then turn around for a new attack.
Can be killed by a shot or an explosion, leaving behind a chicken leg.
→ Chicken legs - fall out of the killed toucans.
Restores player's health when he comes close.
→ Missile just flies until it collides with something.
When a collision explodes, strikes huge damage on the area.
Emerging explosion pushes objects.
→ Palm tree plays a rather decorative role.
But it can also block the way to rockets.
May burn out due to explosion or shot.
→ Game Menu and switching to an additional tab of Options where you can adjust the volume of sound and music.
Settings are saved in XML file.
→ Health-damage system with effects - with the loss of health the screen is covered with stains of blood and dirt. In case of critical damage, the screen pulses with red. When a player picks up health (chicken leg), the screen is highlighted in green and cleared of stains.
→ Victory-defeat system, counting toucans, when a player shoots 20 birds, a message about victory is displayed. When a player is killed - a message of defeat.
This package contains follow models:
• Toucan
• Legs
• Missile
• Palm tree
• Broken palm
After a while on the scene randomly appear new toucans.
When a player shoots a toucan, feathers fly away from its, and instead of toucan appear legs.
When the missile hits the player, blood and dirt appear on the screen.
All scripts contain detailed comments and hints in the inspector window.
There is also detailed documentation.
Additional bonus:
A script that replaces trees in the terrain with their own scripted prefabs.
The original soundtrack for MainMenu and for Action Gameplay.
