Lets say you want an AI that follows the player as soon as it spots the player or you want an AI to navigate through a city. This asset will find the shortest route in no time. It works well with mesh colliders and rigidbodies unlike some other navigation systems.

1. Set multiple terrains and their respective terrain penalties to prevent the agent from walking on certain parts of the map.
