ONLY THE WALL MODULES ARE INCLUDED. The rest of the props (streets, streetlights, trims, pillars, trees, etc.) are only for showcase purposes and not included in this pack. The wall modules are also not assembled into full buildings, but are provided as separate pieces for you to easily assemble.
This pack was designed to be of photorealistic, AAA quality, in order to pack lots of immersion into your 3D world.
The walls are well-detailed, with graffiti, posters, wear, pipes, cables, etc.

- Textures are organised well into folders and named clearly

- All wall modules have 4K PBR textures (Albedo, Normal, Metalness, Roughness, Ambient Occlusion, Mask)
