Oculus-ready!!
Non-coder friendly!
VIDEO - Virtual Rock Climbing using the World Mouse
Add a mouse object within the 3D world, rather than a basic arrow within a GUI layer. The World Mouse interacts with objects that it detects, and will even rotate to match the orientation of the object being detected. This style of mouse is extremely useful for virtual reality (Hello, Oculus!) and regular 3D applications. Gesture-controlled apps using devices such as the Razer Hydra will also benefit from this style of mouse.
Included with this package
- Simple scene which illustrates event detection (Hover, Click and Press)
- Event handler script
- Modified mouse look script
- All code has been written in C#
Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or issues. Thank you! NOTE - the included Chest model is NOT available for resale. This is a free asset that was donated by a graphic artist, and it is not a GamiGen asset.
