If you have even a basic understanding of Unity & C# you can implement your own mechanics with ease, however a decent understanding of C# is recommended. The thoroughly-commented code will also help you understand what is happening within each script.
Mobile & PC is supported, with controls already configured for both. The controls will adapt to the platform which is currently running the game, no changes are required.
