with this utility you are able to see your //TODO, //? and //! comment lines inside a unity window.
you can click on the individual comment lines to open the script in visual studio on the line the of the comment you clicked. you can also open the file itself in visual studio with the button "Open File".
on the bottom of the window there is a button for forced refresh but every time unity reloads its assets the list refreshes.
this tool collects all special comments you can place anywhere in any .cs file and links them to the line where they reside in the script.
