Do you want to have access to a web camera stream in Unity? This plugin converts a web cam stream into a Unity Texture, so that it can be applied to any object.
In order to see this plugin in action, go to this link and download an executable version of it.
In the current version, it will stream the firstly detected camera but resolution can be adjusted. Notice that this is for Windows only.
