Googly Eye can be added to any object.
You define the Max Radius this object will bob and bounce inside.
This works for 2D or 3D, it doesn't matter if the object uses the physics engine or not, if it moves the Googly Eye will bob and toss around based on the movement.
As a bonus you get the cute little 2D guy for free :D
