Hey, it's Mike Kaplunow, and this is my huuuge basketball balls pack.
Do you have about 16 minutes? Just watch a long beautiful 60fps video with all the balls. They are beautiful and they're worth it. What? You just watched the video? Cool! Do you know what does it mean? It means that you want to know more. So, here it is.
You'll get 50 new and 50 used balls for basketball. It means that you'll get ONE HUNDRED basketballs with high-quality realistic textures. In other words, every ball has two conditions aka materials, "used" and "new". Isn't it's cool? Yeah, it is. And I'd be happy to be a part of your game.
Meshes: basketball_unity.fbx
One ball has:
Polygons: 2120
Verts: 2122
Tris: 4240
It was the optimal number of polygons where the ball looked natural when viewed closely. But you may well use decimation to reduce the number of polygons if your project will have balls visible from a long distance.
I wish you good luck with your game and I'm really happy to be a part of it!
*If you are looking at the ball from a distance or you need the ball to be small, I recommend that you lower the resolution of normal maps in order to get rid of annoying stripes on the ball. But if you need the ball to be close to the camera then leave it as it is, it looks great.
Love you!
