- All models use same texture for performance.
- Some models have more than 1 material to separate transparent and opaque surfaces. Some models have variation material to create custom colored models. Variation models have unwrapped UVs.
- All interactable parts of the models pivot points are located to be easily animated. For example, refrigerator door rotates from hinge not from center.
