Place it on your bones to add reaction on moving and rotation. The component simulates the behavior of a spring by rigid and damping speed sliders.
For example you can animate first tail's bone, and use SpingBones component for automatic simulations other bones. You can simulate the movement of any organic thing: hair, tails, ears, cheeks, stomach, beard, tentacles, jellyfish etc in the same way. As well as springs, fabric, ropes, chains and other free-hanging things.
