Use this shader to create effects with wave like motion. Fill in multiple textures and normal maps to create interesting effects. An easy solution for water, clouds, lava, magic and more! It has layers for diffuse, a parallax normal map, and vertex oscillation. It's setup for URP but also works with the Built In render pipeline.
