SoundCheckEditor is a free Unity Asset Store package designed to allow users to search for and listen to sounds directly within the Unity Editor. It utilizes the Freesound API to search for sound effects and can connect to a web browser to download desired sound effects.
Note: This package requires an API key registration as it uses the Freesound API.
Follow these steps to obtain one. Alternatively, you can refer to the README after importing the package.
- Sign up or log in to Freesound.org.
- Go to the API Key Application Page.
- Fill in the required information and request an API key.
- Copy the API key you receive.
