  SimpliCity is a collection of low poly buildings, props, vehicles and road parts for your game.
  All models share same texture and material, basically there are only 2 of them - one is for vehicles and the other one is for everything else. Texture atlases are 1024x1024 and 2048x2048, contains reflection map.
  Assets are low poly so you can freely use them for mobile devices.
  Starter Kit contains more than 75 prefabs including:
♦  35 unique buildings like shops, car wash, gas station, supermarket, parking lot booth, storage, hotel, cafe, bar and apartment buildings
♦  props like billboards, street bench, fire hydrant, traffic light, street light, mail box, 3 types trash cans and containers
♦  trees, bushes, rocks
♦  3 types of vehicles, different color variations
♦  modular roads parts, grass, sidewalk and concrete parts.
