Its a simple video player with timeline in unity you can easily change its UI and and customize it the way u want but u need know how unity UI system works for that it also uses events for timeline it also works with autoplay from Video Player component this is actually a script that lets u Control Unity Video Player Component so no built in codecs.
should work on all render pipe lines and android too
