You can create different Notation Pools. Each of them has a custom headline and can contain notations for every scene and can thereby be used for the themes that match your workflow the best.
For example:
Sort your notations by field Pools: Bugs, Graphics, Story
Use your notations for tasks and feedback Pools: Tom, Lisa, Stephen, Marie
Or divide them by the progress of your project Pools: Urgent, Next Version, Bugs, Nice To Have
Since every pool is a different file you can send and manage them easily via version control software.
