Creation:

  • Creating a road line is easy and all managed through a single component.

Editor:

  • Through the editor you can create, edit, import and export your created lines.
  • Easily create, edit and swap road line patterns.

Gizmos:

  • The tool includes a number of customizable gizmos to assist with creating and editing the road lines through the editor.
    • Gizmos can be turned on/off
    • Custom size

Multi Platform

  • Supports both PC and Mac

Double Lines:

  • Create double lines with a gap distance.

Corners:

  • Line corners are supported and the pattern will adapt to fit them.

Cat eyes / road stud / road reflector:

  • Cat eyes can be added into a pattern on either the gap or line segments. Cat eyes can be placed using the following:
    • Center
    • Start and Middle
    • Interval distance

Demo Scene:

  • This package includes a demo scene containing a number of example patterns, options and lines.

Terrain Alignment:

  • Created mesh can be aligned to the terrain with an additional vertical offset.
  • The mesh can also be dropped to a set height.

Alignment Types:

  • The tool supports a straight vertical raycast and spherecast for aligning a mesh to a terrain.

Patterns:

  • Quickly and easily create simple or complex patterns to match any type of road marking design.
  • Supports single & double lines.
  • Options for gaps, distances, widths and offsets.

UV Mapping:

  • Generated line mesh is automatically UV mapped and supports world based or segment aligned.

Performance:

  • Can support a large number of individual road lines in a scene.

Resample:

  • Resample a line at a given distance interval.

Projection:

  • Project a line directly onto any surface below.
