Emission is set for some materials ; buildings, lamp and tree bed. You can use it in the bright daytime mode as it is. Plead turn on "SpotLight" in "Sample Scene" in the dark nighttime mode as the atmosphere will be very good.
If possible, turn off Emission from materials in the bright daytime mode as the atomosphere will be better.
