Sign Generator is meant to be used with one of two workflows: In the Level Design workflow, a game developer uses Sign Generator to quickly place and generate signs in a level, but those signs do not change at runtime. This workflow can be a quick way to add variety and detail to an authored level.
In the Runtime Generation workflow, a game developer uses Sign Generator to place prefabs in their level that will be replaced at runtime with randomly generated signs. This workflow is best for games with procedural levels, such as an infinite runner style game.
Don't forget, these procedural tools are useful for any kind of randomization and generation, not just signs!
