Hi all,
I have two seperate tools here that I have packaged together for your convenience - but they don't need to be used together. They are both very basic, but have saved me tons of time, so I thought I would share them here for free with you guys.
The placer is self-explanatory.
The replacer might not be so obivous, so below I have given an example of how I used it to save me time.
Example: The trees in my game were too low-poly and I wanted to update them to a higher poly model, but had already painstakingly placed over 100 trees in different levels. With this I simply put in the tag “Trees”, added my new models to the list, and clicked “Replace”. And it was done.
Documentation has been included to help with a better understanding of the scripts.
Also, just to note, the tree models used in the asset are my original models, so you can use them in any way you please.
