This asset is the mechanics of physical interaction with objects!
To open the door, you really have to open it! Manipulate objects from the environment by rotating the mouse.
- Turn the valve to supply fuel through the pipes
- Adjust the engine thrust with the slider
- Unlock the hatches and doors
- Switch the lighting with a lever or a button
- Drag objects from place to place, freeing up the passage
- Drag the plug to the outlet or the battery to the engine to make it work
- Slam the door to get away from the chase
Main asset feature is ready to work “out of the box” without creating of new layer, a tag or a parameter in the Input System. It is important to read documentation to easy create your own prefabs used asset. Every field has a description.
The asset includes the following functionality:
- The door. a physical object that can be pushed, pulled and slammed
- Door can be locked / unlocked
- The valve. twist to raise the gate, supply water through the pipes, lift the cable
- The lever is discrete and analog. switch to change the state: turning on the lights, lifting the ramp, starting the engine
- Slider. drag the slider to fine-tune the signal: adjusting the radio frequency, lighting brightness, movement of the platform or crane
- Button. press to turn on or off the status: rocket launch, rescue capsule launch, jet engine ignition
- The system of performers. intermediary mechanism for changing the environment depending on the control of levers and buttons, valves and sliders
