This collection of commercial-architecture windows includes 43 window variations in two multipurpose styles. All of the windows are UV’d and textured, with the layered source PSD files are included, in case you want to edit them. Multiple materials are included for each window style. Additionally, the window glass uses a custom-written shader to give the glass panes an appropriate fresnel falloff, even in Unity Free.

The "Chicago School" or "Commercial Style" of architecture originated around the end of the 19th century and has been used in countless buildings worldwide, including many of the earliest skyscrapers. A distinctive element is the three part window, consisting of a fixed center pane and two double-hung side windows. These can be positioned in a grid or can be configured into a projecting bay window.

Horizontal sliding sashes, sometimes called a Yorkshire sash, predate vertical sashes since they don't require a spring or counterweight. The sliding windows in this collection are based on contemporary designs, and like the Commercial Style windows, have seen use in everything from apartment buildings to zoological gardens.
