Modular Skyscraper pack for Unity HDRP/URP in Modern style.
Building mesh have enough resolution and details to purpose in different cases, from close distance look to utilizing asset as background filler outside of your playable zone.
This pack features:
• 22 unique Modules + 8 additional variants of some modules.
• 32 prefabs of decoration props for Roofs.
• All Levels of Detail from detailed windows with depth for close look to flat plane with baked textures on top for far views.
• 20 already pre-assembled prefab of buildings to explore.
• One single Atlas texture and material for whole set. Neutral colors of textures can let you dublicate Albedo texture and apply own color variantions if needed.
• Modular fake road for distance shots with fake traffic (WIP) .
• URP/HDRP shader graph solution to randomize windows glow (This shader wont wort with static batching ON).
• 12 Primitive cubes with textures for super far distances.

Technical Info:
• Set of one material for building and props that with 4x textures (8192x8192 pixels) and one Emission mask texture (2048x2048) pixels . If asset going to be used for background only, decrease resolution of all textures to 2048x2048 pixels to save memory usage!:
• Set two materials for road and fake traffic . 3x (4096x4096 pixels) and 2x (2048x2048) textures.
• Level Of Details included: LoD0 , LoD1, LoD2 , LoD3
• Average Module size: 8 units height, 8 units wide , 0.5 units depth for wall modules.
• Box colliders ready on prefabs to use.
• 3x FBX files that contain modules inside to simply memory cleaning process by loading and unloading whole set of props by single string in addressable system.
