PACKAGE DESCRIPTION
This package includes a wide variety of modular buildings designed to be easily combined, with many different floor types that can be stacked. With this package you can create a wide range of game-ready environment buildings to populate your scenario inside Unity.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
Included in the package there is all you need to create your city buildings. All the prefabs have been created for the base buildings, ready to drag and drop to the editor.
BUILDING ASSETS
3 different base building types:
- Residential
- Classical
- Glazing
Each type includes different floor configurations that gives you the ability to create many variations of streets:
- Square (square, residential, glazing)
- Closing (square, residential, glazing)
- Corner 90º (square, residential, glazing)
- Corner 45º (square, residential)
- Corner 135º (square, residential)
PREFABS
Prefabs for different heights:
Base buildings included in the package come with three different heights options. Further customisation is possible using the different floors and sections also included in the package.
Prefabs for texture variant:
Base buildings included in the package come with two texture variants.
Blocks Examples:
Examples of different block configuration (as displayed in description images ) included in the package. These examples use the different prefabs for the base buildings included in the package, making them easily customisable to your own needs.
MATERIALS AND TEXTURES
Each building uses three materials: Ground floor (high resolution), higher floors (low resolution), and one atlas material for the doors and windows.
All of the assets use Autodesk Interactive shader that comes by default with Unity3D. Textures for each channel of PBR metallic roughness workflow are included. The materials in the package are already configured and ready to work with all the assets in the bundle.
Each material includes a full PBR texture set of 4096x4096px.
