MEDIASQUAD presents MODERN CITY: Skylines & Suburbs
This pack includes 55 unique assets and a demo scene filled with roads, an elevated highway, and preconstructed districts of a fictional major city.
It is VR ready and contains modular sections which can be pieced together in a variety of combinations. All of the assets, as well as the prebuilt city, are provided as prefabs.

- Traditional Skyscrapers x3
- 23 Residential Buildings

- Small Office Buildings x3
- Big Office Buildings x4
- Radio Tower x1
- Hotels x2

- Multipurpose Buildings x7
- 6 Landscape Objects
- Coniferous Trees x3
- Deciduous Trees x2
- Windmill x1
Each model is grouped. All origins are set to the center of the floor (FBX). They are mapped with 4 materials, with 2048x2048 px textures (TIF) each.
Important Information for Unity Users of Versions 2018.1 and lower:
Importing the package will break the prefab connections of the demo scene. Please refer to the following thread for assistance if you want to use the demo scenes in those versions.
