An in-editor, fast and highly customizable object placement tool to speed up your workflow.

Help Me Place was created to give a faster, easier method of placing prefabs within a scene. By allowing the user to quickly access any GameObject or Prefab using hotkeys and a clean UI within the editor, the speed at which you will be able to build out your complex geometry and levels will be sped up tenfold.

Help Me Place uses a blueprint system to give you real time visual feedback on the items you're placing in the Scene View. The blueprint will follow the mouse, and detect only the layers you wish to add your items to.

Physics-In-Editor feature allows you to have physics effects on your rigid bodies in the scene view, allowing items you've placed to settle naturally.

Fence Placement feature facilitates placement of fences or rows of any prefab you choose.

Visualizers allow for analysis of your levels, and identification and density of any prefabs placed using the system.

A number of fully customizable placement modes allow for different setups to be easily snapped together. With tools like Snap, Smooth, Look Towards, Look Away From - you will be able to solve any use case or pattern you wish at lightning speeds.

This system works with any prefab or any GameObject in the scene.

Load all your prefabs at the click of a button with a new Load From Folder feature. Automatically build out prefab groups per folder filled with your prefabs.

Cleanly group up your Trees, Houses, Rocks, Animals, Characters or Path sections to quickly navigate between them using hotkeys. Reorder groups or individual prefabs for a unique personalized experience.

Help Me Place was designed with a heavy focus on UX. Simply create a group using the user friendly component, drag in the desired object, and you can begin placing them.

A number of demo scenes and game ready example meshes are included. Quick start guides and extensive documentation will get you up and running fast.
