parts4cad offerss access to millions of parametrical 3D CAD models from over 500 parts catalogs for free. The original data of the manufacturers is based on the eCATALOGsolutions technology by CADENAS.
The data is imported into Unity as Collada file. All imported parts are still connected to the CADENAS database so that you can change later on parameters and update the part in Unity.
parts4cad works only in Editor mode on Windows computers. parts4cad is a free solution by Game4Automation. If you wish to use your imported models for simulation and virtual commissioning please check the Game4Automation Starter or Game4Automation Professional framework. With Game4Automation Standard and Professional get a full solution for your Digital Twin in the machinery industry. You can add drives and sensors to your models and connect the model to automation controllers.
