A Post Effect that renders frost on the lens.
It's not just an image overlay; you can change the amount of frost and the result will not just fade in or out, but shrink or grow like real frost. Ideal for if you want to animate it.

- "Seethroughness" (an overlay-blend mode)
- Distortion (screen space image distortion using a normal map)
The frost can now distort the view, and have a more melted look.
