This plugin plays video file to Unity Texture by loading external local PC file or URL in rutime player or editor.

1. Load local video file or URL to Texture.
2. Enable/disable Autoplay.
3. Play/Pause/Stop
4. Set Volume up/down
5. Set Mute on/off
6. Set play time position / Get play time position
7. Get duration time.
8. Support any vidoe file format if proper codec is installed on PC.
