Welcome to this extremely fast and easy to use mesh combining tool.
This tool allows you to combine all meshes from a selected GameObject, including it's children.
When there is used more then one material, seperate GameObjects will automatically be created, and they will be children under a new GameObject. The old GameObject will be set inactive, so you can always go back immediately when something goes wrong, or you aren't happy with the results. The only time this system does not work is when multiple materials are used on one mesh.
What this tool also does, is create a prefab from the GameObject you combined, which will be saved in your Assets Folder.
A combined mesh will 99% of the time decrease draw calls, sometimes by a huge amount, so it's a great tool for optimization.
Note: This asset is also included in Easy Toolkit
The example video's show how this tool CAN be used, not how it SHOULD be used. You should use it to combine small objects together, not complete cities :)
