A cozy hand-crafted, lightweight bathroom with 155 meshes and highly customizable materials using atlas textures and masks to freely adjust various parts of all the assets - all you need for a cozy, cartoony bathroom with nice units and bathroom accessories.
The material instances allow you to adjust the color/roughness/metallic values through Zone 1 to Zone 4 on each asset providing endless customization options for any color style. Color Zones contains the parts of each mesh going from the larger to the smaller size (Zone 1 to Zone 4, for example: dresser side panels > drawers > top > knobs).
If the asset has a distinctive pattern on it (shower curtains, pots, etc...) you can customize that too - or just stick to plain colors by ticking off all the customization options.
Many assets have more than one (up to four) base texture variations.
