Overview

City Park Exterior Props - Pro is a comprehensive upgrade of our popular city park package, now optimized for Unity Standard, URP, and HDRP. This package includes a wide range of meticulously crafted assets designed to create detailed and realistic outdoor environments.


Key Features

Extensive Asset Collection:

Benches, chairs, docks, boats, lamp posts, wall lights, ground lights, playgrounds, splash pads with nozzles, water fountains, sidewalks, pathways, drinking fountains, dog park elements, garbage and recycling bins, picnic shelters, grills, picnic tables, plants, trees, shrubs, and more.


Optimized Performance:

Leveraging our custom "Optimized Multi Material" (OMM) shader, all assets use just 10 materials, significantly improving texture memory usage and enabling efficient batching for reduced data processing.


Levels of Detail (LODs):

All props include levels of detail to optimize polycount based on distance, enhancing performance without sacrificing visual quality.


Enhanced Textures:

The package includes a detail normal map with 16 different details (wood, cement, rubber, smooth, plastic, dirt, etc.) to add high-frequency details, ensuring superior texture quality.


Tiling Textures:

A collection of tiling textures is included for additional flexibility, though the main focus is on the OMM.


Flexible Lighting Options:

The package includes two versions of FBX files for each asset—one for real-time lighting and one for baked lighting. This allows for seamless integration regardless of the lighting setup, with easy-to-follow documentation on how to switch between them.


  • The default lighting is set to Baked Global Illumination.

Demo Scenes:

Includes two demo scenes (day and night) with improved lighting and post-processing, showcasing the assets in a lit environment. Features an animated tour of the scene using multiple cameras, and a fly-around camera script for exploration.


Updated Water Shaders:

Includes specialized shaders for running water particle effects and still water in fountains, lakes, and pools.


Comprehensive Documentation:

A Detailed guide is provided to help you understand everything included in the package, how OMM works, and how to make use of it. Note that some 3D software knowledge is required to create the necessary UV sets for the shader in Unity.


  • NOTE: OMM uses 2D arrays and may not work well with VR/AR. This package focuses is on PC/Mac.
