This tool provides a simple way for game creators to make a Pallet with cargo on it.
You can change the color of the cargo in the editor. You can also change the number of cases that are on each pallet.
When creating a new one use the menu option under GameObject -> Pallet Tools -> Create Cargo Pallet.
