Ever wanted a capybara army? Or perhaps just a single, majestic capybara ruling over your game world?

Well, now you can!

This asset, part of the (will-be) Symphonie Stylized Critters collection, provides everything you need to bring these chill rodents to life (digitally, of course – we can't promise real capybaras). From customizable heroes to swarms of low-poly minions, prepare for a capybara invasion of your projects! Just try not to let them near your tomatoes... they're not picky eaters.


Art Assets:

Character Models

  • Capybara: The essential, unmeshed skeleton upon which all Capybara variants are built. Think of it as the blank canvas for your capy-creations!
  • Herobara: The star of the show! A meticulously crafted and no-so-highly detailed Capybara model designed for hero characters, cinematics, or any situation where visual quality is essential.

(3840 tris with 2048*2048 pixels texture (mask map and normal map))

  • Zakobara: A significantly reduced-polygon version of Herobara, designed for performance and scalability. As the name suggested, "zako" = "雑魚" (grunt) - low quality, low cost, and perfect for populating your scenes with hordes of capybara minions.

Shaders

  • RegionLit: A simple shader that enables per-region PBR customization using texture masks to define editable areas.

Animations

  • Locomotion: Full set of walking animations with banking and strafing support.
  • Action Poses: Includes separate action pose animations like Lying Down and Sitting Upright (bear-like). These animations are not integrated into the movement controller..

Features

  • Movement Controller: Steer your mega mouse manually or let its AI take over. Includes Navigation Mesh support for escaping lab mazes.
  • Slope Adaptation: Ensures realistic capybara movement on slopes by aligning its spine using `SimpleQuadrupedSloper`. Simple, yet effective.
  • SkinnedObject: `SkinnedObject` modifies a GameObject's transform based on the weighted transforms of other GameObjects. Similar to skinned mesh vertices. Perfect for dynamically *attaching the tail* in the correct position.
