This FBX 3D building under construction model is standardized units. The 3D model is ready for production but it can be scaled in different ways and used for game development or cinema as a general purpose construction building. It includes a colour texture map with sticker decals (photorealistic). There are different types of concrete material as examples. It also includes ambient occlusion, bump normal map and metallic roughness texture.
INCLUDESBuilding under construction with a flat roof. The concrete part that constitutes the roof is the floor, stairs, attic room, elevator box and water tank. These elements include two levels of details. LOD 1 contains edge chamfered and rounded corners. LOD 2 is a simple low poly model. The FBX model also includes only one floor that can be used multiple times. Complex elements like balconies, stairs, ladder and mezzanine have only one level of detail (for performance purpose). LOD 1 contains a column with hards 45° chamfered edges. Complex balcony and elevator contain softer edges. LOD 2 is a simple low poly version of the elements.

As for example, concrete with wood pattern must be placed horizontally; Rain dirtiness must be placed vertically. In this way, Floor and Roof can have their own material with albedo, bump and AO textures. It is possible to use and share the same material, albedo and bump texture without AO for performance reasons without losing detail.
SCENE“Buildings Under Construction Demo” is intended for the inspection of the 3D model and eventual prefab using the scene window and not in “Play” mode. Play mode will spawn several game objects for testing and inspecting performance. I put my effort into making different examples of possible default draft game-objects for beginners.
