The pack comes with:

This is the first version of the pack, if you like and support it I will be updating it adding more props, floors and buildings!
Models polycount range from 60 to 2200 depending on the model.
All models come with its textures.
Texture size varies between 128x128, 256x256 and 512x512 (building asset textures are 2048x2048)
