A stylized cartoon rain complete with rain drops, ground splashes and ground puddle ripples.
There's two different types of the effect (with long and short raindrops), two different rain speeds/densities plus three different sizes of the effect (small, medium and large) to cover a different surface area (12 prefabs in total).
Simply make an effect prefab a child of your character for a localised rain effect.
Built-in, URP and HDRP versions are included.
