This is only a GUI skin and not a coded product.
You NEED Photoshop to customize/edit/access this product, in it's PSD forms. If you do not have a Licensed Photoshop you will be limited with only the sliced PNGs.
Light UI (in terms of size) for RPGs/MMOs - target platform PC. Elements are for Minimum Resolution 1024x768 and Max 1920x1080. This product uses Smart Objects which can be resized and sliced for high res with no loss of quality.
