INFO ABOUT UPGRADING EVEN FURTHER
If you are looking for an awesome upgrade path to OWA and SP assets by Bohn Studios, this is is the best path forward to eventually get the complete OWA City Core Bundle (currently upgrade from this package for only $150.00).
*******IMPORTANT******* UPGRADE UPDATE INFO 10/1/2024 ^^^^^
The current discounted upgrade path to OWA City Core Bundle was created when OWA City Core was a smaller and cheaper package. It has grown to include $1,200 in assets so I can only reasonably keep the current upgrade available until next Tuesday 10/8/2024. $150 for that upgrade is bonkers so if you've bought this package and want to pull the trigger on that do it ASAP. The good news is that it's currently an extremely generous offer, but please understand it doesn't make much mathematical sense......so it can't be permanent. Due to City Core being a rapidly growing and updated bundle, the price increases as the package grows, so updating the upgrade fees to it is really the only logical way I can keep prices balanced in a sensible way. Demos are tailored to a modern look, or 1900's, but these buildings can be easily customized for fantasy, modern, 1900's, or even grungy futuristic environments. The art style is very neutral intentionally for maximum kit bashability.
Up to 95% of VRAM is shared between these packages. They use the same atlases so they work awesome together with batching out of the box. They can work even better at blazingly fast speeds by combining meshes of nearby game objects that use the same atas.
These assets included are also included in this even bigger urban environment bundle. The OWA and SP ecosystem of 3D environments are designed to work together to maximum both cpu and gpu performance. Using my kits, you will erase many bottlenecks often associated with buiding realtime 3D levels. Experienced users can unluck their full potential through final-pass mesh combining tools of their choice.
