Each track has the following structure:

  • Intro (play once)
  • Loop (play indefinitely)
  • Two alternative endings (jingles): 1) Win / Level clear and 2) Defeat / Life lost / Game over

This way, you can make the music react to what is happening in the game, either by using middleware such as Fmod, or by using code.


You can stop the loop and play the win or defeat jingle at any time without the music sounding weird! However, in case you want to get fancy, you can have the jingle play after the current bar in the loop has finished, which potentially sounds even better.
