This package contains 3 color variants of modular wardrobe set, all models are in FBX format and inlcude LoD variants. Models are using PBR (specular) materials, high resolution textures (4096 x 4096 pixels) – Albedo, Ambient Oclussion, Smoothness, Specular and Normal map.
You can easily use any combination of building blocks, or even use them individually.

All set up for Universal Scriptable Rendering Pipeline (model and textures are backward compatible with Standard–Specular or convertible into HDRP).
