Yeongyeongdang is a noble house in the palace to which Confucian philosophy of the time was applied in building arrangement and space composition, and is a valuable material for research on Korean housing history that can be compared to the houses of the time. In addition, the palace's architectural style and technology are refined, and the elegant detailed style shows the unique dignity of palace architecture. As such, Yeongyeongdang is excellent in value as a nobleman's architecture in the palace during the Joseon Dynasty.
