This packages contains modular pieces of 8 different building styles, 4 sidewalks and several props like plants, antennas, benches, air conditioning units, etc.
There are also 2 very easy to use scripts that you can use to procedurally generate the buildings and sidewalks (like in the demo video). Just create an empty gameObject, add the script to it and assign the modular pieces, then you will be able to generate the sidewalk and easily set the height of the building by informing the number of floors.
You can create variantion between the floors by passing more than 1 floor prefab to the script, then it will randomly pick one of them when adding a new floor.
Both scripts are editor scripts, which means you don't have to be in play mode to use them, you can generate an entire library of buildings in editor mode and save each one as a prefab (I've included in the package some buldings I generated).
This package also includes all the FBX files, this means you can import them to your 3D software and make modifications and adjustments if necessary.
