Modular Toon Village Houses

Create a variety of village houses with 100+ modular assets, including 'building modules" and "interior props". All models have prefabs with colliders, just drag and drop to your scene to create your own unique setup. This pack also includes 5 houses examples that you can just drag and drop to your scene. Use snap function to build quick and easy.

These assets are extremely light and can be used in both pc and mobile games. All models share a single texture file, allowing you to customize the colors according to your needs just by duplicanting materials and adjusting the material offset.

*Many models have primary, secondary and even tertiary material slots, giving you the freedom to customize colors to fit your needs, simple and easy.
