Try before you purchase: Helicopter Controller (Win build)
This package contains a Helicopter Controller plugin. Controller uses PID controls to navigate movement of pitch, roll and yaw. Helicopter is 100% physic based which means that the torque produced by the main propeller will also be applied to the helicopter body, and rear propeller is used to zero that yaw effect. In other terms, it's simulated as a real helicopter behaviour.
Controller uses raw info from the input values, passes them through a flight controller mixer that outputs final values for the ESC.
Higly customisable settings:
● Keyboard/Joystick input
● Wind drag settings
● Max yaw speed
● Max pitch/roll speed
● Yaw force
● Throttle force
● Torque produced on the body from main propeller
● Minimum ESC signal
● Maximum difference on the ESC
● PID for pitch
● PID for roll
● PID for yaw
