By using this this shader you can create a refractive glass in a second! It had various properites that enables you to make any transparent or semi-transparent glasses.
You can use the seamless prodecural noise for refraction or just create the refraction effect by a normal map.
Important: You can’t see other transparent objects behind the glass. Only opaque objects can be seen. Showing transparent objects behind a refractive glass is a very complicated topic and needs a custom render pass implementation. It can’t be done just by a shader.
