Dark Factories is a building and prop pack that contains a wide range of quality assets from which you can create an endless amount of different variations of buildings. Added decals and props will help to get a good amount of variety in your level.
What You get:
- 3 different completed modular factories
- 3 types of different materials for them
- A large non modular factory building
- props - water drains, fire escape ladder, vertical ladder, roof ventilation.
- 15 different decals - graffiti, dirt, grunge, oil spills, signs.
Prefabs: strong prefab system, every piece has it's own prefab, for easy use. There are three, already made, mini scenes, that user can drag/drop to scene and start building.
All of the materials are using Unity`s standard shader and PBR textures
