City Car Sounds is an add-on sound pack for Realistic Engine Sounds asset and it is containing only wav sound files, 5 complete engine sound pack from regular daily used city cars.
You can achieve dynamic engine sounds if you use this asset with Realistic Engine Sounds asset. (Any edition.)
5 ready to use regular city car engine sound packages for exterior and interior camera views:

*note: this asset contain audio files, prefabs for "Realistic Engine Sounds" are packed inside a .unitypackage. It does not contain any scripts, or vehicle physics controllers or any 3d models! These audio files are designed to work with Realistic Engine Sounds. It may not give the same results with other engine sound controllers.

This asset is in advance compatible with the new V2 version of Realistic Engine Sounds which will use way more wav files for one engine sound prefab (20 wav files). V2 version is currently not yet released, it is still under development. Originally City Car Sounds asset was made for RES V2 and later it was converted to RES V1. Check out the 3rd and 4th video to see and hear how this asset will sound like with the new RES V2 sound controller script.
This asset does not contain any scripts, only just wav files!
Demo scene and prefabs for Realistic Engine Sounds V1 and V2 are packed inside a .unitypackage.
There are total 226 Wav files in this package.
